To search, just type in one or more descriptive words (Business Name, Service, Street, City, Phone Number etc.) and hit the 'enter' key (or click on the Search button). Since the search only returns listings that contain all the words in your query, refining or narrowing your search is as simple as adding more words to the search terms you have already entered. Your new query will return more refined set of results.

Choosing Keywords

For best results, it's important to choose your keywords wisely. Keep these tips in mind:

Suggestions for Misspelled Words

In case you have misspelled a word the search will try to suggest correct spellings. If a word or a phrase close to your search is found you will see these suggestions written in red text below the search textbox. Clicking these suggestions will automatically search for the corrected keywords and you do not need to correct the spelling by typing.

Automatic "and" Queries

The search only returns listings and classifications that include all of your search terms. There is no need to include and between terms. Keep in mind that the order in which the terms are typed will affect the search results. To restrict a search further, just include more terms.

Automatic Wildcard Queries

The search returns listings that match your keywords both exactly and partially. There is no need to include wildcard characters (such as * or ?). This means that keyword shop will match listings containing for example words shop, shops, shopping, etc.

Automatic Exclusion of Common Words

The search ignores common words and characters such as of, in and the, because they tend to slow down your search without improving the results.

Capitalization

Searches are NOT case sensitive. All letters, regardless of how you type them, will be understood as lower case. For example, searches for real estate, Real Estate, and rEaL eStAtE will all return the same results.
